Your files are kept in the EU region and encrypted; they aren’t shared with third parties, aren’t sold, and aren’t used to train AI models. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy. For production-company pilots, a separate data-processing agreement is also signed.
Active project data is kept for the term of the agreement. On an account-closure request, all project files and derived data are deleted within 30 days; complete deletion from backups is finished within 90 days. Your rights (deletion, correction, portability) can be exercised any time via [email protected].
